The coffee machine cleaner works fine, and I would buy it again. According to the manual, you could use white vinegar instead, and that works fine as well.

Followed directions exactly - all it did was cover the entire interior of my coffee maker with little white granules that I can't get out. Ended up buying another coffee maker.completely worthless.
